Usually the apartments are let out on a long let (6 month contract) basis. This provides the owner with income whilst maintaining flexibility. Some owners choose to stay in their apartments themselves for a time, often through the cold UK winter, whilst others prefer to re-let their apartments immediately. The Property Line provides a comprehensive service for letting & managing of the apartments to suitable tenants and for collecting the rents. We obviously charge commission for this service, which is deducted before paying the balance directly into the owner's bank account.
