Inspection Visits



A property inspection visit to Tenerife with The Property Line is usually a 4/5 day trip to view developments and properties and to become familiar with the area in which you are looking to purchase.

When you come on one of our personalised inspection visits, we spend time on area familiarisation not viewing inappropriate properties. We pause to admire views, drink coffee, test the water and enjoy the view and have a general look at the neighbourhood. We discuss for what purpose you are purchasing property in Tenerife.

This helps to take the worry & stress away from buying a property overseas in a region with which you may not be completely familiar. Prior to your trip a professional from our marketing department will arrange every last detail for you, leaving you simply sit back and enjoy the experience.

On a typical inspection visit you would arrive on a Thursday or Friday to be met by one of our representatives at the airport who would take you to your local apartment accommodation. The Saturday & Sunday would involve viewing firstly the areas and then the properties that meet your previously discussed requirements, leaving the evenings to enjoy the local lifestyle.

You would then be taken back to the airport on Monday or Tuesday for your return home.

In 99% of these visits our clients have usually found their perfect property by the Sunday morning. These are personalised and tailor made to the time available and your “wishlist” that will have been previously discussed with you. You will be met at the airport by one of our representatives and are seen safely to your apartments for your stay.

We will, as we said, have been in contact with you prior to your arrival, to check on your budget, how you want to fund the project and where you want to purchase. Once this has been decided we will make viewing appointments for your visit to view your selected properties

Accommodation can be arranged at a nominal charge for your inspection visit (which will be refunded upon completion of a property purchase), leaving you to arrange and pay for your flights.
